Doompuff Studios was born out of a whirlwind of creativity and determination during one of the most intense periods of my life. Following surgery, I was prescribed steroids that sent my mind racing at a thousand miles per hour, leaving me sleepless for weeks. But in that sleepless frenzy, a long-held dream began to take shape—my dream of owning and running a business that could not only improve my life but also bring joy and comfort to my family.

The name "Doompuff" holds a special place in my heart. It’s inspired by my mother, who goes by "Doompuff" in all her video game adventures. Together, we’ve embarked on countless “mom adventures,” as she calls them, exploring virtual worlds and sharing unforgettable experiences. Naming the studio after her feels like another one of those adventures, but this time, it’s one we can share with the world.

At Doompuff Studios, I’m driven by a deep desire to be my own boss—a pursuit of the American dream that so many of us strive for, yet know is far from easy. This business is my shot at that dream, a chance to create something truly unique. I design products that I would want to own, things that are difficult to find elsewhere because they carry a bit of that same unique, whimsical spirit that defines both my mother’s and my own approach to life.

As an Amazon delivery driver, I’ve had the opportunity to see all kinds of places and meet all sorts of interesting characters, like Iris, the deer I encountered on one of my routes. Iris wasn’t just any deer; she was curious, friendly, and made such an impression on me that it reminded me of the importance of the unexpected and unique moments in life—much like the designs I create.
